Augusta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Augusta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I recently attended an event at Encanto Gardens, and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived. The venue itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, inviting spaces, and an atmosphere that feels both elegant and comfortable. But what truly sets Encanto Gardens apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was attentive, calm, and incredibly reliable. They handled every detail with a quiet confidence that made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. I genuinely felt that I got exactly what I paid for — the service level matched the price, and the staff delivered on every promise without cutting corners. What impressed me even more was how transparent and accommodating they were about additional options. If I wanted something extra, they were upfront about the cost and clear about what kind of notice they’d need to make it happen. There was never any pressure, just a sense that they were ready to support whatever vision I had, as long as they had the time to prepare it properly. From the lighting to the layout to the seamless coordination behind the scenes, everything came together effortlessly. Encanto Gardens is more than just a beautiful venue —

Attended a graduation today and the place was unacceptable. I arrived almost an hour after start time and venue lady was still setting up. Upon arrival the table cloths were very wrinkled, plates were broken, and the couch was dirty!

Alaina did a fabulous job on decor for our dusty blue themed anniversary party! She made my vision come to life, especially with the custom made arch way. Everything was absolutely beautiful and ran smoothly.

My disappointment with the Encanto Gardens Venue. Event Day: 10/18/2025 During the event, I noticed several issues. The cutouts on the tables were tacky and unappealing and should have been double-sided (see photos below). I requested that the clouds be hung from the ceiling and placed on the tables, but none were hanging from the ceiling. Additionally, tablecloths were wrinkled, the clouds on the tables were very dirty, and some had strings of lights attached while others did not; the lights that were there did not work. I assume these decorations were leftovers from a previous event. Furthermore, Ms. Alina advised me to bring my banner and silverware two weeks before the event to ensure the correct size and color. However, I was disappointed with the balloon arch on how it covered the name of the guest. This could have been an easy fix; I would have reordered a smaller one. No silverware on the tables I also want to mention that the guest of honor's father passed away, and that I would have to cancel since she was coming from California. When I inquired about potential options for reimbursement, I was informed that we would not receive any money back but could reschedule for ano

We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job Alaina did for our daughter’s graduation party! From start to finish, her customer service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, responsive, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, listening carefully to our ideas and bringing them to life even better than we imagined. The decorations were simply stunning—elegant, creative, and perfectly tailored to our daughter’s style and the celebratory atmosphere. Every corner of the space was beautifully thought out, from the centerpieces to the backdrop, creating the perfect setting for a truly memorable day. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked, and that’s all thanks to Alaina’s hard work and talent. We are so grateful for her dedication and care. Highly recommend her for any special event—you’ll be in great hands!
